User Agreement & Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "em77," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the em77 platform, accessible at em77.one, and its operating entity licensed under the PAGCOR framework.
• "Platform" means the em77 website, mobile web application, progressive web app, and all associated services available at em77.one.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses any part of em77.one.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing licensed gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under Philippine regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

By accessing, browsing, or using the em77 Platform in any capacity — including registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and em77. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account if one has been created.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with em77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

To register and maintain an Account on em77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of em77, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from em77 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

em77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the em77 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. em77 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, em77 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances or Bonus Funds held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that your Account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

em77 will never contact you to request your password. If you receive any communication purporting to be from em77 requesting your login credentials, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

em77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

All financial transactions on the em77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). em77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card (Philippine-issued debit cards only)

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. em77 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. em77 aims to process GCash and Maya withdrawals within 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. em77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. Real-money Balance and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your Account wallet.

em77 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

em77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• em77 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to Wagering Requirements and at what percentage. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another Player.
• em77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the em77 Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are streamed from regulated studios subject to independent oversight. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by em77 or any third party.

Each game on the Platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. em77 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, em77 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the Player's Balance. em77's decision in such matters is final.

em77 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the game has been compromised, including through collusion, use of automated software (bots), or exploitation of software errors.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the em77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing em77 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

em77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under the PAGCOR licensing framework seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

em77 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 21 years of age. Players who suspect that a minor has accessed the Platform using their Account must notify em77 support immediately and change their Account credentials.

All content on the em77 Platform — including but not limited to the em77 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of em77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from em77.
• Use the em77 brand, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of em77's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by em77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, em77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond em77's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by em77 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including Account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. em77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or harmful components.

em77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and em77's Privacy Policy.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

em77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to em77's legal retention obligations. Data requests may be submitted to our support team.

em77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, em77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

em77 operates within the PAGCOR licensing framework. Any regulatory complaints relating to em77's operations may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

In the event of a dispute between you and em77 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For game-related disputes, em77's records of game outcomes and transaction history shall be considered the authoritative source of truth, unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.
